Ifren Typeface

Ifren [if-ren] is a decorative display font inspired by a typeface I’ve long admired, reimagined through the Tifinagh script. With bold, ornamental shapes, it carries a sculptural quality designed to create impact in posters, editorial layouts, and expressive branding.

The font supports both Latin characters and the Tifinagh script, covering the IRCAM standard, Neo-Tifinagh extensions, and additional characters, ensuring smooth multilingual use across design projects.

Created by Tarik Raiss under the Tifinagh Font Studio project, Ifren continues the studio’s mission to design functional, contemporary, and culturally rooted Amazigh typefaces.
